About the role
- Scrum Master facilitating agile ceremonies and working with development teams at Stefanini. Ensuring Scrum framework application and promoting agile culture in projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the guardian of the Scrum framework, ensuring its correct application.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized and refined backlog.
- Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput, burndown) and drive continuous improvement.
- Remove operational, technical and organizational impediments affecting the team.
- Foster an agile culture and lead workshops, trainings and alignment sessions.
- Facilitate communication between squads, technical teams and business areas.
- Identify risks, anticipate issues and propose scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the organization’s agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Requirements
- Solid experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Valid Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II or equivalent).
- Proven experience in software development projects using Function Points.
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading agile rituals.
- Experience with agile metrics and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, leadership and ability to influence without authority.
