About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and ownership of agile processes; promotion of agile values
- Steering and supporting agile transitions within organizations
- Collaboration with management
- Guiding new and existing development teams in introducing, establishing, and optimizing Scrum
- Supporting and coaching Product Owners, e.g., in agile product management and value optimization
- Identifying and removing impediments, conflicts, and risks at an early stage
- Training and mentoring new employees and Scrum Masters (m/f/d)
- Presenting talks at conferences and user groups
- Delivering training sessions for clients
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing agile methods (e.g., as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) within complex IT projects
- Proven success in introducing agile methods and Scrum
- Background in software development is a plus
- Scrum Master certification
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with agile teams and management
- University degree
- Fluent German (C1)
