About the role

  • Lead the technical and functional architecture of various SuccessFactors modules, supporting multiple implementation projects across geographies.
  • Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams to perform solution maintenance and resolve issues/bugs.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, empowering them with SuccessFactors technologies and methodology.
  • Align priorities and ensure value delivery according to strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technology solutions, facilitating integration of HR processes with technology.
  • Contribute to the consolidation and functional expansion of the solution, leveraging existing implementations to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical implementation projects in **SuccessFactors**, focusing on **Employee Central** and **Employee Central Payroll** modules.
  • Experience with other modules such as **Recruiting** and **Compensation** is a plus.
  • Experience in leading technical or functional project teams.
  • Ability to manage product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactive, critical thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
  • Experience in driving organizational change related to digital transformation.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
