Align priorities and ensure value delivery according to strategic objectives.
Serve as a link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technology solutions, facilitating integration of HR processes with technology.
Contribute to the consolidation and functional expansion of the solution, leveraging existing implementations to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in technical implementation projects in **SuccessFactors**, focusing on **Employee Central** and **Employee Central Payroll** modules.
Experience with other modules such as **Recruiting** and **Compensation** is a plus.
Experience in leading technical or functional project teams.
Ability to manage product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proactive, critical thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
Experience in driving organizational change related to digital transformation.
