Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in technical implementation projects in **SuccessFactors**, focusing on **Employee Central** and **Employee Central Payroll** modules.
Experience with other modules such as **Recruiting** and **Compensation** is a plus.
Experience in leading technical or functional project teams.
Ability to manage product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proactive, critical thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
Experience in driving organizational change related to digital transformation.
