Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive sponsors and leaders across Membership, Insurance, Automotive, Travel and Marketing to ensure Salesforce solutions meet diverse business needs
Lead user adoption and change management initiatives
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
Oversee continuous improvement efforts, evaluating the performance of Salesforce programs
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce
Act as the primary business partner and liaison with Salesforce
Requirements
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field
2-5 years: Experience with Salesforce implementation and product management
Proven record of successfully launching consumer-impacting features or products
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
Advanced analytical skills to assess customer and associate needs, as well as market trends
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
