About the role

  • Sales Support Representative setting in-home sales appointments for Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company. Using consultative sales techniques in a contact center setting with remote work options.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to consumers for scheduling in-home sales visits
  • Occasionally receives inbound phone calls for scheduling
  • Follow a systematized sales process
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process
  • Ability to collaborate with others

Requirements

  • Experience working in a modern contact center is a must
  • Proven track record of success in selling over the phone, consultative sales, lead setting, or other relevant contact center experience
  • Exhibits superior technical skills
  • Ability to task switch between omni channel contact center software, CRM, mapping tools, Microsoft Office suite, and other cloud-based tools
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and written skills
  • Strong understanding of North American geography
  • Willingness to thrive in a remote work situation
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple software platforms
