Responsibilities
providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration and service issues resolution
information management and customer file maintenance
lead routing and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business
assisting the sales team with preparation of sales documents and data entry
proactively conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers
provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams
acts and communicates as a subject matter expert, trainer, and coach
Requirements
Associate Degree or equivalent education or specific related work experience
2+ years of related work experience in a sales support capacity
sound knowledge of Salesforce administration
strong time management skills
proficiency in Excel reporting, pivot tables, and data analysis
elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Salesforce, PowerPoint)
