About the role

  • providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration and service issues resolution
  • information management and customer file maintenance
  • lead routing and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business
  • assisting the sales team with preparation of sales documents and data entry
  • proactively conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers
  • provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams
  • acts and communicates as a subject matter expert, trainer, and coach

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent education or specific related work experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience in a sales support capacity
  • sound knowledge of Salesforce administration
  • strong time management skills
  • proficiency in Excel reporting, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Salesforce, PowerPoint)
  • excellent customer service skills
