About the role

  • Support sales goals by promoting digital asset products
  • Respond to client queries and coordinate with the Salesperson
  • Increase client engagement and adoption of offerings
  • Greet customers in person & virtually in a friendly manner
  • Provide pre & post meeting/event support including setup, coordination, and follow-up
  • Oversee onboarding and servicing workflows
  • Streamline processes and support client back offices
  • Resolve service-related queries efficiently
  • Collaborate across teams to close issues
  • Analyze service trends and propose improvements
  • Lead small sales-related projects
  • Document client queries and build reference materials
  • Log client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a related industry or specialization
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Familiarity with derivatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Knowledge of digital asset trends and players
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
