Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new client leads through targeted email campaigns, phone outreach, and in-person visits
  • Manage and develop self-generated sales opportunities as well as leads provided by Sales Professionals and Lead Generation teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Professionals to educate clients on a broad range of workforce solutions

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards, HR solutions, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
