Responsibilities
You build strong relationships with key stakeholders in our target customer profile via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
You conduct conversations so the person on the other end feels genuinely and respectfully engaged — not like a generic cold-outreach call
You consistently bring our Account Executives into initial meetings with the right people at the right companies
Quality over quantity: prefer 20 excellent, well-prepared conversations rather than 40 mediocre ones
Together with the marketing team, you develop and run new campaigns and creative sales plays
Requirements
You have prior experience in outbound telephone outreach
You are not a fan of rigid scripts or “robotic calling” — instead you bring personality, sensitivity and genuine curiosity
You have a keen sense for people, recognize reactions immediately and respond intuitively
You make the complex simple: in a few words you communicate the value someone can expect
You persuade through your own style — authentic, confident and articulate
You like working with a clear, consistent approach: what works in training and according to market feedback you apply consistently in your conversations
You are eager to continually learn and develop through training and feedback
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and ideally have experience in English-language customer acquisition
Additional languages are a plus
