About the role

  • Drive daily outbound outreach across phone, email, and SMS to engage potential customers and build pipeline
  • Own the full sales process — from prospecting through close — while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Build relationships with business decision-makers, engaging them with clarity and confidence
  • Stay current on Foley’s products and industry regulations to effectively address customer pain points
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales targets
  • Make 300+ outbound B2B calls daily to connect with potential customers
  • Identify regulatory and compliance needs of small businesses and introduce Foley’s SaaS solutions
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach, tailoring solutions to each customer’s unique requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
  • 0-1+ years in a full-cycle sales experience in a small deal size / fast sales cycle environment
  • Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone and energized by activity-based selling
  • Experience with modern sales tools and CRMs
  • Strong communicator with a hunter mentality and a passion for winning
  • Coachable, gritty, adaptable, with a growth mindset and team-first attitude
