About the role
- Sales Representative expanding Saltz's presence in Cracow, driving growth and building relationships in the culinary sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in City: Expand Saltz’s footprint by winning and building lasting relationships with clients in Cracow's market.
- Hunt for opportunities: Identify, research, and qualify high-potential customers who can benefit most from Saltz.App.
- Proactive outreach: Engage prospects via calls, social media, and most importantly, in-person visits to chefs and restaurant managers.
- Show the impact: Lead demos that let chefs see how our app makes getting the right products delivered to their kitchen effortless and on time.
- Shape our success: Bring market insights, client feedback, and fresh ideas to refine our sales approach and influence product improvements.
Requirements
- Native Polish and proficiency in English
- You are comfortable spending most of your time out in the field, meeting chefs and restaurant managers face-to-face (field sales)
- You have a background in either restaurant operations (kitchen/management) or in field sales
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, you seek to understand a client's core challenges
- A genuine passion for the culinary world
- Bonus: You speak other languages fluently in addition to Polish or English.
