About the role

  • Identify and approach new business clients (cold outreach & inbound leads)
  • Advise prospects on our marketing and performance solutions
  • As a Sales Manager, you are a full member of our team
  • Build and maintain your own client portfolio
  • Manage potential client lists in Google Sheets
  • Close coordination with our marketing and project teams
  • Active reporting of your sales activities and results

Requirements

  • Sales experience — ideally B2B or agency/marketing services
  • Hunter mentality — you want to generate revenue, close deals, and maximize your commissions
  • You are an outstanding communicator
  • Expressive, eloquent & highly proficient in German (written and spoken)
  • As an ambitious person, you give everything to reach your goals, even if you need to be persistent
  • Independent, structured working style and strong goal orientation
