About the role

  • Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and communicate the clinical and commercial value of Cutera technologies
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through close
  • Participate in trade shows, team meetings, and training events as needed
  • Travel within assigned region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • For senior roles: 5+ years of successful experience in aesthetics, medical devices, lasers, or capital equipment sales
  • For Territory Managers: 2+ years of proven record of quota achievement and new business generation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
