Responsibilities
Supervises and supports the OEM Enrollments and Contracts Support teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and service standards.
Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities and conduct 1:1’s, quarterly and final performance reviews.
Monitor daily Contract Support and OEM Enrollments workflows, ticket volumes, and SLAs to ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollments and contract related tasks.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary.
Track and report on team performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage team schedules and PTO requests equitably, ensuring adequate coverage and business continuity.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in ownership of Salesforce.com and/or sales enablement tool administration, configuration and support.
A bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in related field; a master’s degree and 1 year of related experience or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.
3+ years Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
