About the role

  • Achieve overall sales targets for the assigned region by leading and supporting the sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Supervise, guide, and take regular performance reports from sales executives across the region.
  • Analyze regional sales data, forecast future sales trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage sales and marketing budgets for the entire region.
  • Prepare and present periodic regional sales reports highlighting volume, growth areas, and challenges.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and enforce payment timelines (30/60/90 days).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and strategic partners for the region.
  • Oversee customer communication, including changes in order details, delivery schedules, and client feedback.
  • Allocate sales territories and set targets and goals for individual team members.
  • Assist sales representatives in closing major deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market dynamics across the region.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing field preferred.
  • Should have 8-10 years of experience in managing business to business, business to customers.
  • Should have sound experience in managing team, internal co-ordination & customers.
