About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for prospective customers and support them from the first conversation through to a successful onboarding with BarBrain.
  • Not anonymous mass outreach, but genuine consultation: you show restaurateurs how to halve their inventory effort and digitize their processes.
  • Contact qualified (warm) leads and conduct demo calls.
  • Present our app live during demos and respond to customer needs.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Operations to bring customers live quickly and rapidly reduce their inventory workload.
  • Gather market feedback and relay it back to the product team.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales — preferably in SaaS or the hospitality sector
  • Clear, personable communication — able to engage with restaurateurs on equal terms
  • Self-organization and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets
  • Enjoy convincing people of a valuable solution
