Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for prospective customers and support them from the first conversation through to a successful onboarding with BarBrain.
Not anonymous mass outreach, but genuine consultation: you show restaurateurs how to halve their inventory effort and digitize their processes.
Contact qualified (warm) leads and conduct demo calls.
Present our app live during demos and respond to customer needs.
Work closely with Marketing & Operations to bring customers live quickly and rapidly reduce their inventory workload.
Gather market feedback and relay it back to the product team.
Requirements
Relevant experience in sales — preferably in SaaS or the hospitality sector
Clear, personable communication — able to engage with restaurateurs on equal terms
Self-organization and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets
Enjoy convincing people of a valuable solution
