Responsibilities
Retaining and expanding the existing client portfolio
Acquiring new accounts in the designated geographic region
Conducting comprehensive needs analyses for accounts
Establishing trust and credibility with stakeholders
Customizing presentations to address client's specific requirements
Clarifying proposals using ROI justification
Attaining sales and renewal targets and quotas monthly
Using Tax & Accounting products to demonstrate value to customers
Providing territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration
Assisting in customer-related issues to maintain good customer relations
Completing weekly sales performance reports
Driving strategic initiatives supported by assigned account team member
Requirements
Minimum 3 years successful SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive role
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Software as a Service Sales (SaaS) experience
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
