About the role

  • Sales Executive for Mel Santa Bárbara in São Paulo. Responsible for prospecting clients in retail and pharmacies while managing existing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients in the retail and pharmacy channels to expand the customer portfolio
  • Account management and maintenance of relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service
  • Negotiation of contracts, pricing and commercial terms to ensure market competitiveness
  • Developing and executing strategies to boost sales and expand brand presence in the market
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Tracking targets and performance indicators with a focus on results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the retail and/or pharmacy channels
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Knowledge of the retail and pharmacy market, including chains and distributors
  • Availability to travel and make frequent customer visits
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
