About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and develop business opportunities, especially in the supplier credit market and financial solutions within your region.
  • Perform consultative sales by understanding clients' needs and proposing solutions aligned with their challenges and the strategic objectives of Voltz and Grupo Energisa.
  • Build and maintain close, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients through on-site visits, remote meetings, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Assess the viability of granting credit by conducting preliminary analyses of financial documents, risk indicators, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, perform follow-ups, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract signing.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients (B2B), monitoring their needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and pursuing upsell and cross-sell initiatives; implement effective prospecting strategies to meet targets and budgeted results.
  • Act as a strategic point of contact for resolving requests and issues, ensuring speed and quality throughout the customer journey.
  • Work closely with Risk Analysis, Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure proposals and operations comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor portfolio and commercial pipeline performance indicators, proposing corrective actions, process improvements, and strategies to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead mid- and high-value negotiations, as well as strategic presentations for key accounts, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Generate market insights, customer behavior analysis, and competitive intelligence, sharing findings with internal teams to improve products, processes, and commercial offerings.
  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes by providing feedback and suggestions based on market experience and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or consultative sales for corporate clients (B2B).
  • Knowledge of the financial market, especially related to corporate credit, financial products, and risk analysis.
  • Skill in developing client portfolio prospecting strategies and planning to achieve targets.
  • Availability for travel and frequent field visits.
