About the role

  • Prospect, nurture and drive sales opportunities across all products in our portfolio in an assigned territory
  • Work collaboratively with our Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Establish and continuously develop relationships with C-suite, departmental and technical decision makers
  • Maintain strong after-sale customer relationships
  • Maintain mastery of product and clinical knowledge necessary
  • Track and communicate market trends
  • Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and support contract negotiations
  • Differentiate products throughout the various stages of the sales process and actively support the customer through their decision-making process
  • Mentor the Clinical Sales Executives

Requirements

  • Proven success as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Consultant, Sales Executive or Manager in the medical device/software/genetics/healthcare IT industry
  • Experience selling SAAS or other software/IT solutions in Women's Health
  • Excellent market development, pitching, listening, negotiation & closing skills
  • Experience in the breast imaging, genetic testing, or oncology markets desirable
  • Proven and progressive previous experience in engagement and communication with both C-suite and technical decision makers
  • Self-starter, delivers against internal targets
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree
