About the role

  • Active outreach and closing deals with companies and educational institutions
  • Independently generate and qualify new leads (including data research and maintenance)
  • Create and implement target-group-specific campaigns to acquire customers
  • Direct communication with customers, including needs analysis and presentation of Bloom Future
  • Continuous maintenance and updating of our CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Support the development of our sales strategy and prioritization of target groups

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Startup experience or strong self-initiative in dynamic environments
  • Confident use of tools such as Pipedrive, Instantly and Stripe (basic knowledge of Python or web scraping is an advantage)
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1 level)
  • Strong communication skills, openness and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape processes
