Sales Development Representative for Bloom Future, a career orientation app. Engaging with companies for partnerships while promoting our vision to empower youth through career opportunities.
Responsibilities
Active outreach and closing deals with companies and educational institutions
Independently generate and qualify new leads (including data research and maintenance)
Create and implement target-group-specific campaigns to acquire customers
Direct communication with customers, including needs analysis and presentation of Bloom Future
Continuous maintenance and updating of our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Support the development of our sales strategy and prioritization of target groups
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
Startup experience or strong self-initiative in dynamic environments
Confident use of tools such as Pipedrive, Instantly and Stripe (basic knowledge of Python or web scraping is an advantage)
Excellent German skills (at least C1 level)
Strong communication skills, openness and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape processes
