About the role

  • Coordenador de Vendas liderando equipe de vendas na Plásticos MB, atuando em canais de utilidades para o lar com visitas a clientes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team in your area, fostering engagement and disciplined execution
  • Ensure brand presence and visibility at point of sale (POS)
  • Support the trade marketing team in scheduling and routing promoters/merchandisers
  • Prospect and negotiate with active, inactive and new customers, expanding the product mix and channels of operation
  • Develop business plans and customer-specific actions, considering margins and profitability
  • Generate KPI reports and performance analyses to support decision-making
  • Maintain close relationships with retail chains, especially in the home goods, variety/bazaar and grocery channels
  • Implement improvements to commercial processes, focusing on market share growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Deep knowledge of home goods (UD), variety/bazaar and/or grocery channels
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry and in leading sales representatives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Valid Category B driver's license and availability for frequent travel
  • Reside in one of the following: Campinas, Sorocaba, Ribeirão Preto or São José do Rio Preto.
