Sales Coordinator supporting the European base sales team at Cineflix Rights. Collaborating across departments to facilitate sales activities and track offers.
Responsibilities
Support the European based sales team, working with VP, Sales, Africa, CEE, Middle East, Southern Mediterranean, SVP Program Sales Pan-Regional, UK, Éire, and Scandinavia and SVP Sales, Iberia, French-Europe and Canada and Italian-Europe by tracking offers and sales.
Assist with deal preparation, managing updates on the business management software (NetSuite), liaising with other departments, coordinating travel and events, and facilitating the deal-making process across departments.
Track offers and sales, assist with creating projections and models.
Input deals in NetSuite and update weekly.
Track workflow of contracts, amendments, and notifications.
Maintain filing systems for deals and contracts.
Understand and assist with deal memos and distribution contracts.
Support sales team with budget tracking spreadsheets.
Coordinate pre and post-sales service with marketing, legal, and operations.
Use NetSuite reports to track offers, client feedback and windows.
Collaborate with BLA team, Acquisitions team, Finance team and Materials team on the sales team’s behalf.
Liaise with clients on mail outs and upcoming releases.
Arrange screeners/links and assist with sales and marketing brochures.
Requirements
At least 5 year experience working in a sales office space job with at least 1 year experience with NetSuite or an equivalent CRM.
Ability to interpret Rights availabilities reports.
Highly experienced with Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication, experience with dealing with external clients in relation to sales agreements, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with other departments, collaborative team player and strong individual contributor.
Effective under pressure and responsive to deadlines, creative thinker with problem-solving skills, strong organization and prioritization skills, adaptable to changing objectives and fast-paced environments, proactive with attention to detail and follow-through.
knowledge of one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish and Italian is an asset.
