About the role

  • Sales Compensation Business Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, collaborating with teams on sales compensation operations and business model translations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Design Consultants and PDE team
  • Connection between business stakeholders & sales comp
  • React to new business models that need translation to the sales comp
  • Part of the TRIO with SIS and PDE on next FY Design
  • Feasibility assessment DPA requirements & negotiation for global DPA
  • Collaboration with PDE team on comp plans, signoff of comp plans
  • Train the Trainer of the Sales Comp (sub-) Leads and BCs on FY design
  • Collaborate on Launch preparation for plan decks, plan mappings, plan comments & notes, ACI review
  • Special programs/bonus programs related comments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 6-10 years experience
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of sales commission plans
  • Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language
