Responsibilities
Visitas comerciales a estudios de arquitectura, ingenierías e integradores.
Gestión y fidelización de la red de distribuidores.
Prescripción técnica de soluciones KNX e iluminación.
Reporte directo al Business Manager Spain.
Requirements
Mínimo 3-5 años en ventas técnicas en el sector Smart Building o Iluminación técnica/decorativa.
Sólidos conocimientos en soluciones KNX y bien valorados en iluminación.
Cartera de contactos activa en el sector (altamente valorado).
Disponibilidad para viajar (aprox. 2 veces al mes a Andalucía y salidas esporádicas al norte/oeste).
Capacidad de negociación con distribuidores y habilidad técnica para influir en la prescripción de proyectos con arquitectos e ingenierías.
Orientación a Resultados: capacidad para trabajar por objetivos y abrir mercado.
Habilidades de Comunicación: fluidez para tratar tanto con instaladores como con estudios de arquitectura y distribuidores.
Proactividad y Autonomía: capacidad para organizar su propia agenda de visitas de forma eficiente.
Adaptabilidad: capacidad para manejar viajes nacionales cortos con eficacia.
