About the role
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably targeting the US market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Scope: Manage full-cycle outbound sales for US-based clients, presentation skills, outreach, pitching, negotiation.
- Industry background: Any US-facing service is fine; preferably with outsourcing/BPO/EOR/staff augmentation experience.
- Experience: 2–5+ years selling into the US market, proven record of hitting targets, strong cold outreach, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are a plus.
