About the role

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Engage with new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings to market demands.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Track sales activities and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote SSC HR Solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably targeting the US market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Scope: Manage full-cycle outbound sales for US-based clients, presentation skills, outreach, pitching, negotiation.
  • Industry background: Any US-facing service is fine; preferably with outsourcing/BPO/EOR/staff augmentation experience.
  • Experience: 2–5+ years selling into the US market, proven record of hitting targets, strong cold outreach, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are a plus.
  • Hours: Must be flexible to align with US time zones
