About the role

  • Qualify incoming leads (100% inbound), understand their needs and identify high‑potential opportunities.
  • Conduct impactful presentation meetings: present our training programs with conviction, address objections, and guide each prospect toward the appropriate funding option (CPF, AIF, etc.).
  • Manage the commercial process end‑to‑end: qualification → follow‑up → tracking → closing.
  • Collaborate with LegalPlace teams to deliver a smooth, premium customer experience.
  • Feed field insights back into our offers, sales messaging and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least one successful sales experience (startup, scale‑up or training environment).
  • Strong commercial instinct: the ability to persuade, perform and deliver an impeccable customer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic rapport with each prospect.
  • Rigour and organization: you manage your pipeline and can prioritise to meet your targets.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and the startup/training ecosystem.
  • Experience selling funded training programs (CPF, AIF, OPCO) or experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
