About the role

  • Support the coordination of the commercial area in administrative and operational activities;
  • Ensure correct use of support-area reports, identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate to motivate the sales team through feedback and recognition initiatives;
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions;
  • Strengthen relationships with suppliers and commercial partners;
  • Map and monitor sales processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards;
  • Assist in managing the messaging tool (Tallos), administering templates and monitoring the quality of WhatsApp numbers;
  • Conduct monitoring sessions and track the team’s performance, suggesting improvements in customer service and quality processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (technical course or degree in Administration, Commercial Management or related fields preferred);
  • Experience with administrative routines and supporting the commercial area;
  • Good communication skills, organization and attention to detail;
  • Analytical profile and comfort with reports and KPIs;
  • Proactivity, teamwork and results-oriented mindset;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
