Lead Generation Executive responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities in the Alternative Investment Fund sector. Supporting the growth strategy through effective lead generation and market research efforts.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to discover potential customers and target markets within the AIF space.
Reach out to prospects through email, calls, and other channels to spark interest and build connections.
Assess potential clients against key criteria to ensure quality and relevance, understanding their needs and how our solutions fit.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of all leads, interactions, and progress.
Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and supporting strategies to maximise conversion.
Follow up with prospects, answer queries, and provide information to move leads through the sales funnel.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine lead generation tactics.
Uphold GDPR and data protection best practices throughout all lead generation activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales, ideally within financial services, payments, or FX.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Knowledge of the payments or FX industry is a plus, but not essential.
