Responsibilities
Strategic and operational responsibility for sales and all sales activities, with a focus on heat supply/contracting
Lead the sales team and promote the professional development of colleagues
Develop, refine and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
Analyze market potential to open up new business areas with a focus on renewable energies
Responsible for contract management
Actively participate in specific sales projects and support the team's work
Strengthen sales processes and structures through management, optimization and digitization
Monitor and analyze the energy and customer market and derive development opportunities
Acquire new customers and secure and grow existing customer relationships and revenues
Closely and trustingly cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders
Represent the company in the market, at trade fairs, conferences, etc.
Build and expand networks and partnerships with external stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in business or engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in sales within the energy industry
Solid knowledge of energy supply solutions
Broad leadership experience and a proven track record building and managing sales teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent German (negotiation/business level)
Customer-oriented with a high degree of initiative
Analytical and conceptual skills
Proficient with MS Office and AI tools
Experience implementing and working with CRM systems
Highly motivated in working with employees, teams and customers
Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
