About the role

  • Responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across our Higher Education and VET sales teams
  • Support our Sales Consultants through assessing the documentation for each enrolment to ensure they meet the entry criteria
  • Support with inbound calls and web chat when required

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in administrative roles involving coordination of diverse functions and interpretation of policies and procedures, ideally within tertiary education.
  • Proven ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture that supports employee and student engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • High-level computer literacy across email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service with flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
