About the role

  • Generate and grow revenue from assigned geographical territories and named key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning service solutions accordingly
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure timely reporting and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Degree/Masters' from Science/Engineering/Business or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in techno-commercial sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
