Responsibilities
Identify and develop initiatives for acquiring new customers
Implement measures for existing customers in Germany and the DACH region
Advise companies on the application of our software solutions
Take responsibility for revenue and results for the customer portfolio
Produce accurate forecasts and develop actions to achieve sales targets
Support the team as needed
Requirements
Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally with IT solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills when dealing with decision-makers
Ideally: experience with SAP, Confluence, and Jira
Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and fluent English (B2)
