About the role

  • Identify and develop initiatives for acquiring new customers
  • Implement measures for existing customers in Germany and the DACH region
  • Advise companies on the application of our software solutions
  • Take responsibility for revenue and results for the customer portfolio
  • Produce accurate forecasts and develop actions to achieve sales targets
  • Support the team as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally with IT solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills when dealing with decision-makers
  • Ideally: experience with SAP, Confluence, and Jira
  • Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and fluent English (B2)
