Requirements

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS sales with healthcare technology, business intelligence, or data analytics platforms
  • Healthcare sector expertise - Proven track record selling to NHS trusts, care homes, or healthcare organizations
  • SaaS commercial acumen - Deep understanding of subscription models, ARR metrics, and customer success
  • Enterprise sales capability - Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated industries
  • Established network - Existing relationships with healthcare decision-makers and buying committees
  • Healthcare compliance and governance (CQC, care standards) (Preferred)
  • Business intelligence and data analytics platforms
  • Healthcare technology landscape and integration challenges
  • Modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • CRM systems (HubSpot)
