Requirements
10+ years B2B SaaS sales with healthcare technology, business intelligence, or data analytics platforms
Proven track record selling to NHS trusts, care homes, or healthcare organizations
Deep understanding of subscription models, ARR metrics, and customer success
Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated industries
Existing relationships with healthcare decision-makers and buying committees
Healthcare compliance and governance (CQC, care standards) (Preferred)
Business intelligence and data analytics platforms
Healthcare technology landscape and integration challenges
Modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
CRM systems (HubSpot)
