About the role

  • Own and evolve the GTM & Revenue tech ecosystem including **HubSpot, Chargebee, Vitally, GA4, and related tools**.
  • Ensure seamless integrations and data flow across systems supporting the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain high data quality standards and documentation for all platforms.
  • You’ll bring AI into the heart of GTM execution — leveraging LLMs, intelligent agents, and prompt-based automations to augment reps, accelerate workflows, and reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks across GTM processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline lead routing, usage tracking, invoicing, and renewals.
  • Lead end-to-end optimization of workflows that improve productivity and enable revenue scale.
  • Define the long-term technology roadmap for GTM systems in alignment with company strategy.
  • Evaluate new tools and vendors for fit, scalability, and ROI.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, especially **Generative and Agentic AI**, across GTM workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue Strategy & Planning, Business Insights, and Strategic Initiatives verticals to ensure tech and data alignment.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver integrated and compliant solutions.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to GTM leaders on technology-driven performance improvement.
  • Design and enforce strong governance around system access, data standards, and configuration management.
  • Establish monitoring and alert systems to detect and resolve data or integration issues proactively.
  • Enable revenue and leadership teams to make informed decisions through trustworthy data.
  • Lead and mentor a **global team of 3–5 system specialists and GTM engineers**.
  • Build a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Manage team priorities, ensure delivery on SLAs, and invest in ongoing technical upskilling.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in **Revenue Operations Technology, CRM Administration, or Systems Architecture**.
  • Deep expertise with GTM platforms (HubSpot, Chargebee, Vitally, GA4) and their integrations.
  • Proven success implementing automation, workflow design, or AI-driven efficiency programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and customer lifecycle systems.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner with business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Based in India - preferably Chennai or Bangalore.
