Responsibilities
Drive process alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — ensuring clear workflows, ownership, and visibility
Own HubSpot CRM and its connected ecosystem, managing automation, data accuracy, integrations, and user adoption
Manage Asana as our central project management platform — optimizing its use, connecting it with other systems, and supporting efficient cross-team collaboration
Bridge Product and Revenue teams — translating business needs into structured workflows and helping operationalize new tools, analytics, and data visibility
Foster knowledge sharing and enablement by creating internal documentation, dashboards, and onboarding materials that make processes transparent and scalable
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Management (ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or B2B tech)
Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — including automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations
Experience collaborating with Product teams to bridge technical and commercial processes
Analytical mindset; confident working with Excel, data visualization, and BI tools
