Responsibilities
You manage the entire product lifecycle of our non-food products — from concept development through soliciting supplier quotes and quantity planning to product launch and post-launch follow-up.
You support the development and implementation of new long-life tools, such as ribbons, shopping bags, gift boxes, etc., as well as seasonal products, working closely with cross-functional teams.
You coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, country organizations and internal specialist departments to ensure smooth processes.
You maintain and analyze relevant data, derive actionable recommendations, and support assortment and sales planning.
Requirements
You have a strong business background, ideally with a degree in Business Administration or Economics (e.g., HSG, University of Zurich, ETH or equivalent).
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the non-food sector or retail environment.
You possess strong analytical skills, work in a structured way, and enjoy working with numbers.
You are proficient with Microsoft 365 and ideally have experience with ERP systems (Comarch is a plus).
You communicate clearly and effectively in German and English with various stakeholders and have a good sense for visual merchandising.
