Responsibilities
Interacting with business stakeholders to understand / analyzing business needs
Achieving & implementing the strategic objectives of Retail Business Banking
Assisting in generating new business and identifying opportunities for greater commissions / profits for the channel
Managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio (up to 350 RBB clients) through video Banking
Analyzing, investigating and supporting the needs of assigned RBB Prime clients
Building and maintaining trusting relationships with the assigned portfolio through advisory support on the clients’ business activities as well as their personal needs
Continuously updating of customers on market trends and competitive developments
Maintaining full awareness of available online products and services, tailored to customers’ needs
Requirements
Have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset)
Hold professional certifications in RBB (Level II) and Insurance Mediation (Type A)
Have a good command of English, both written and spoken
Are proficient in the MS Office suite
Demonstrate a strong focus on self-development and continuous learning
