About the role

  • Oversee, develop, and expand a portfolio of retail agents
  • Foster strong partnerships and deliver training and capability-building initiatives
  • Implement tailored account management strategies to enhance agent productivity and sales
  • Identify and onboard new retail agents with potential for high-volume bookings
  • Develop and implement a structured growth plan to increase agent sales and conduct regular check-ins
  • Provide sales training and product knowledge, deliver exclusive deals and incentives to encourage growth
  • Ensure seamless communication and support through Freshdesk (calls, emails, chats)
  • Monitor agent performance, track sales, complete offline bookings and supply quotations where required
  • Offer data-driven insights and strategies to improve agent bookings and ensure excellent customer service
  • Meet KPIs including booking targets, sales growth, consistent follow-ups, and completion of training/support initiatives per agent

Requirements

  • 2 + years experience in the travel industry
  • 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Experience in growing accounts and training partners to maximize revenue
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Tech savvy, comfortable adapting to selling and sales support systems
  • Experience using Freshdesk (calls, emails, chats)
