Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for the Mobile Advisor
Coordinate and execute the end to end RESL application process
Work directly with clients to manage the client experience
Achieve sales targets and key deliverables
Support a dedicated Mortgage Advisor portfolio
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency
Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients
Collect required information and documentation for Mortgage Advisor appointments
Ensure regulatory compliance adherence
Lead end-to-end pipeline management
Requirements
Fluent in French and English
Experience in customer service or a similar field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of real estate lending policies and procedures is an asset
