Channel Manager responsible for optimizing partner networks to support B2B sales growth. Focused on sales through indirect channels while enhancing partner engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
Design and formalize a clear partner program with engagement tiers, performance criteria, and associated benefits
Define target partner profiles, a recruitment plan, and incentive levers to support growth
Ensure program adoption and clear understanding across the partner network
Identify, recruit, and contract new high-potential partners
Grow and monitor the activity of active partners to optimize indirect sales
Ensure the indirect channel contributes an increasing share of overall revenue
Organize regular training sessions and roll out an ongoing enablement and engagement plan
Strengthen product knowledge, drive performance, and adjust strategy based on results
Implement and track key KPIs (pipeline, conversion, sales, partner revenue)
Produce analytical reports and recommendations for management
Adapt action plans based on data and market developments
Requirements
4+ years in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
Proven experience and strong understanding of indirect sales in B2B SaaS or Document Management Systems (or equivalent)
Skills in partner network management and development
Strong results orientation, analytical mindset, and ability to manage by data
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage, motivate, and retain partners
Proficiency in HubSpot and performance tracking
Demonstrated experience running webinars and delivering knowledge transfer
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; German is a plus
Availability and ability to travel internationally
