About the role

  • Design and formalize a clear partner program with engagement tiers, performance criteria, and associated benefits
  • Define target partner profiles, a recruitment plan, and incentive levers to support growth
  • Ensure program adoption and clear understanding across the partner network
  • Identify, recruit, and contract new high-potential partners
  • Grow and monitor the activity of active partners to optimize indirect sales
  • Ensure the indirect channel contributes an increasing share of overall revenue
  • Organize regular training sessions and roll out an ongoing enablement and engagement plan
  • Strengthen product knowledge, drive performance, and adjust strategy based on results
  • Implement and track key KPIs (pipeline, conversion, sales, partner revenue)
  • Produce analytical reports and recommendations for management
  • Adapt action plans based on data and market developments

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of indirect sales in B2B SaaS or Document Management Systems (or equivalent)
  • Skills in partner network management and development
  • Strong results orientation, analytical mindset, and ability to manage by data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage, motivate, and retain partners
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated experience running webinars and delivering knowledge transfer
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; German is a plus
  • Availability and ability to travel internationally
