Responsibilities
Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across France and Southern Europe, with France as your main growth engine.
Build, manage, and own a strong, high-quality pipeline in the region.
Drive new customer acquisition by focusing on high-potential verticals such as Financial Services, Government, and Critical Infrastructure.
Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with the CAM team.
Drive and develop the expansion of strategic Channel Partners in your regions.
Engage with senior security leaders (CISOs, SOC, CERT) to position VMRay as the trusted partner for advanced threat detection.
Apply solution-selling and consultative sales techniques to align customer pain points with VMRay’s capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to develop and execute winning strategies.
Represent VMRay at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
Leverage your local market knowledge and network to identify key opportunities and accelerate regional growth.
Requirements
5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or threat detection.
Proven success in the French market; experience in Southern Europe (Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal) is a strong plus.
Strong executive network within enterprise accounts and/or public sector organizations.
Skilled in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of cloud, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity operations.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
