Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and business objectives.
Communicate compelling value propositions through tailored proposals and presentations.
Foster strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth.
Prepare and deliver customer reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive long-term account growth.
Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and four years of experience in a related field.
The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and two years of experience, a Ph.D. and up to one year of experience, or eight years of experience in a related field.
