About the role

  • Drive monthly connect sessions and planning meetings for EW BSS.
  • Monitor key operational priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and technology alignment.
  • Partner with Europe West Technology teams to identify training needs and integrate tech updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for country leaders and EW BSS leadership.
  • Maintain dashboards and track performance against operational KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategic communications for 700+ BSS team members and country leaders, including newsletters, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
  • Drive onboarding and regional initiatives, ensuring alignment and engagement across countries.
  • Strengthen relationships with EW BSS leaders, CBS Talent, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and oversee EW BSS strategic projects and learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop actionable project proposals with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Monitor and report project progress through detailed plans, dashboards, and regular updates.
  • Plan and execute milestone events and workshops, ensuring smooth delivery and engagement.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate content and speakers, and capture key insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to regional strategic planning, supporting alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate leadership discussions and provide input for business case development and decision-making.

Requirements

  • You have a good English knowledge (written and oral).
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage…) and experience using AI tools.
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating projects or initiatives.
