Responsibilities

Requirements
- minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial management and leadership roles
- proven track record in country management or business unit leadership within the European rare disease market
- strong commercial expertise, including successful product launches
- established relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- advanced degree in science or business
- knowledge of the European gene therapy market
- fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish
