About the role
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive the EU4+UK P&L, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement short- and mid-term plans to achieve sustainable profit growth.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to meet operational and performance goals.
- Establish and maintain effective product distribution models across EU4+UK and other European markets.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and patient organizations.
- Represent Regeneron in global and regional forums, advocating for our corporate brand and innovative medicines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate standards across all activities.
Requirements
- minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial management and leadership roles
- proven track record in country management or business unit leadership within the European rare disease market
- strong commercial expertise, including successful product launches
- established relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- advanced degree in science or business
- knowledge of the European gene therapy market
- fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish
