About the role

  • Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plans
  • Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
  • Understand and map HRs wellness strategies across sizes, sectors and audiences to build individual and scalable wellbeing programs
  • Build scalable solutions to implement wellbeing at clients and engage employees on a wellbeing journey in partnership with global and regional teams
  • Design wellbeing bimonthly campaigns for the area, bringing trends in topics and promotion/delivery approaches to HRs
  • Monitor and control results of plans and client portfolio
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of proven work experience in related positions
  • Fluent/Advanced English
  • Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally comfortable getting hands-on
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Focus on results and innovative profile with a scalable solutions mindset
  • Strong relationship and communication skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about finding smarter ways to do things
  • Desire to be part of a winning team and make a meaningful difference
