Responsibilities
**What Will You Do?**
Conduct market analysis and forecasting to identify emerging trends and anticipate inventory needs
Collaborate with revenue management teams to implement OTA pricing strategies, enforce rate parity, and optimize revenue
Ensure smooth API connectivity and tech integration for real-time hotel inventory distribution
Monitor and enhance quality assurance systems to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to legal frameworks and policies
Contribute to digital marketing efforts such as promotional campaigns and SEO alignment
Utilize project management tools (Jira) to coordinate cross-functional tasks and track performance
Partner with stakeholders across departments to align commercial, operational, and customer-focused objectives
Requirements
