About the role
- Act as Project Manager for real estate/construction projects for industrial clients
- Act as Owner's representative or member of larger project teams
- Organize work to ensure projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget
- Manage a variety of project types (civil, buildings, facilities, renovations)
- Coordinate project teams including suppliers, users, maintenance staff
- Ensure project deliverables, timelines and quality standards are met
- Travel as required within reasonable distance
Requirements
- (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing real estate/construction projects, preferably in industrial environment
- Ability to translate client demands into practical, realizable projects
- Outstanding people and communication skills
- Proactive, 'make-it-happen' mentality; resilient and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail and precision in executing projects and tasks
- Flexible to travel within reasonable distance
- Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project (plus)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
