Requirements

  • Active North Carolina real estate license.
  • Proven skills in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other technology tools.
